Both are uncertainties.
But Chance gives us excitement and Risk gives us anxiety.
Chance is the possibility of not happening something good.
Risk is the possibility of happening something not good.
When I take Chance there is a sense of winning.
When I take risks, there is a sense of loss.
Now let’s see our employees.
Some employees don’t take decisions. They want to be in a comfort zone.
They do not know that Not taking ‘chance’ is also a ‘risk’.
As an HR, if we can bring our employees from ‘zone of risk’ to ‘zone of chance’
Work will become extremely exciting.
